Happiness is for everyone - including chickens

Hey, that's my nephew Coco!

Why happy chickens?

Chickens taste good. Happy chickens taste even better. They live a healthy life with nutritious feed, plenty of room and lots of exercise.

We are breeding better chickens for a better life. We believe that working for better animal welfare is the right thing to do. We want to help you to a healthier, tastier and more responsible choice – when you go for a take-away or when you eat out. To keep our chickens happy and healthy, we give them nutritious feed, plenty of room and activities to keep them occupied. We even build playhouses with ramps, ladders, roosts, swings etc.

We give them the freedom and conditions to express their natural behavior. We want them to be happy chickens.

Nordic organic welfare chicken

Our organic chickens are free birds with free access to nature, sunlight and organic feeds. Happy chickens with wind under their wings.

An “Organic Antibiotic Free Nordic Welfare Chicken” enjoys a life that many chickens would love. The chickens grow and thrive in safe and healthy surroundings with plenty of space to roam and scratch, and a lot of thrilling exercise activities. They choose themselves when they want to eat and drink and whether they want to be chilling indoors or outdoors on green grass, exploring the world. The chickens are raised without antibiotics* and are allowed to grow at their natural rhythm. They grow stronger, healthier and happier. They eat organic, healthy feed which gives them lots of energy and plenty of nutrition.

*Not treated with antibiotics subject to medical prescription. A feed additive (Coccidiostats) is used to avoid disorders of the intestines in the chicken, which can be caused by parasites.

Nordic welfare chicken

Our welfare chickens are both born and raised on the same farm. They are slow-growing, happy chickens living a pleasant life.

“Antibiotic Free Nordic Welfare Chicken” live a pleasant, calm life with the right conditions to become Happy Chickens. The chickens grow up in safe surroundings, under clean and healthy conditions. They decide themselves when they want to eat or drink, as they have free access to nutritious feed and fresh, clean water around the clock.

Inside their home there is room and exercise activities to keep them happy. The chickens are a slow-growing breed, raised without antibiotics*. They are allowed to grow and put on weight at their natural rhythm, which improves their quality of life and makes them stronger and healthier. They are happy chickens.

*Not treated with antibiotics subject to medical prescription. A feed additive (Coccidiostats) is used to avoid disorders of the intestines in the chicken, which can be caused by parasites.
